Registration Fees

The Registration Fees for participants and accompanying persons is given in the following table:

Additional nights accommodation plus all meals either before or after the Forum are available at a rate of NZ$45.00 per person per night, single or twin-share room..
The registration fee for participants covers:

  1. Participation in all meetings.
  2. Forum printed materials.
  3. Accommodation for six nights at Grafton Hall, from arrival on Friday July 1 to depart Thursday July 7.
  4. All meals from lunch July 1 through lunch on July 7.
  5. Dinner on Waiheke Island.
  6. Dinner at Vivace.
  7. Local tours and entrance fees.
  8. Half day tour to Waiheke Island
  9. Half day tour of West Coast and theatre evening in Auckland City.
  10. Copy of Proceedings CD.

Accompanying persons are welcome to join us for all meals and social events. Please let us know if, and how many, accompanying persons will be joining you and the SRTL-4 group when you fill out the registration form. The registration fee for accompanying persons is displayed in the above table. This fee covers accommodation, all meals, and all local excursions. Please note that the fee is the same whether you share or have a single room. Payment for accompanying person(s) will be required at the same time as the registration fee for participants. If you want to arrange your own accommodation the registration fee will be reduced by NZ$120.

Alternative Accommodation

Some people have requested alternative accommodation to the Grafton Hall of residence, which is also the Forum venue. If you want alternative accommodation please make your own reservations.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations and changes must be made electronically by emailing the Forum Coordinator. If a cancellation is made after the full registration fee has been paid, but before June 15, 2005, the refund will be the amount paid minus NZ$ 50 handling expenses. If a cancellation is made after June 15, 2005 the refund will be the amount paid minus NZ$ 100.

FUNDING

A limited amount of funding towards the registration fee is available primarily to people from developing countries or to young statistics educators/researchers. If you require help please contact the Forum Coordinator immediately.

LETTERS OF INVITATION

Participants who need a personal letter of invitation for funding purposes should email their request to the Forum Coordinator, including intended contribution to the Scientific Program of the Forum.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

The Registration Form and Payment Form will be available online at the SRTL-4 Website (http://www.stat.auckland.ac.nz/srtl4/).

Before the 15 May 2005 you will be sent a reminder about registering, the Website to access and a personal access code number for your registration.

Payment is by credit card, Visa or MasterCard. Therefore please have your credit card handy when you register on-line.
